Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C. will request only the personal data that is relevant and necessary to fulfill the purpose of the relationship that may link it with you. In particular, this data may include: (i) Residents: Identification data of the resident and/or their family and/or their staff, contact information, identification of registered vehicles, images, and videos. (ii) Visitors: Full name, official photo ID, vehicle identification and insurance, and documents supporting the purpose of the visit, images, and videos. (iii) External providers and personnel from other entities operating within the Condominium under their own brand: Identification data, contact information, federal taxpayer registry, banking information for payment purposes, official photo ID, vehicle identification and insurance, images, videos, and other data required according to the relationship linking them, enabling Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C. to meet its legal or contractual obligations. (iv) Employees of Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C.: Identification data, contact information, academic and professional data, employment data, property and financial data, tax data, information on third parties as personal references, as well as information collected from the recruitment and hiring process. Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C. may process the identification and contact data of third parties when you provide this information so that such third parties can be contacted as references or emergency contacts. By providing this information, you acknowledge having informed these third parties about the use of their data and having obtained their prior consent for Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C. to contact them for the aforementioned purposes. (ii) Visitors: To maintain a registry of access and logs, which will include at least the visitor's full name, purpose of visit, and, if applicable, custody of official identification during their stay in the Condominium, visual and/or written record of the documentation accrediting their identity and/or purpose of visit, as well as the identification of their vehicle for security reasons. (iii) External providers and personnel from other entities that operate within the condominium under their own brand: To enable them to provide the contracted services and/or their personal services accordingly, and in turn, for Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C. to fulfill the corresponding legal or contractual obligations, as well as to maintain a registry of access and logs, which will include at least the visitor's full name, purpose of visit, and, if applicable, custody of official identification during their stay in the condominium, visual and/or written record of the documentation accrediting their identity and/or purpose of visit, as well as the identification of their vehicle for security reasons. (iv) Employees of Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C.: Condominio Mandarina, A.C. will process the personal data described above to comply with the obligations arising from the legal employment relationship with you for the following purposes: to identify and register you as an employee of Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C.; to configure your bank account in our system for payments and refunds; to issue tax receipts; to manage payroll services; to enroll you in the Mexican Social Security Institute and other related institutions managing the employment relationship with you; to hire, cancel, or modify the insurance policies to which you may be entitled according to your position; to manage your savings fund; to administer your pension plan; to pay alimony that you are required to pay, if applicable; to grant you and your relatives access to events organized by Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C., if applicable; to generate expense and travel reports and make hotel, travel agency, and airline reservations as required by your work activities; to contact your relatives or third parties in case of emergency; to issue statistical reports and financial plans and estimates; to provide training and courses necessary for the performance of your work functions and create reports; to conduct security investigations; to create and implement analytical and statistical processes; to carry out all activities necessary for the administration and management of your job and other employment benefits; to comply with all contractual obligations between the parties; to cooperate with security and justice authorities in accordance with applicable regulations and respond to requests from competent authorities in legally established cases; and to carry out the procedures necessary to terminate the benefits granted to you once your employment relationship has ended. All the aforementioned purposes are primary purposes, and thus, you cannot oppose their processing. The Condominium has a closed-circuit video recording system, so it is possible that your image will be captured by this system. The purpose of its operation is for monitoring, and specific video segments may be used for future reference regarding the circumstances of

In the case of residents, it is possible that your personal information may be processed secondarily for the purpose of communicating community events, improvements to the Condominium, invitations to participate in social networks, or other news or information different from the primary purposes of processing. Except in cases where you have shared contact data for the purpose of receiving information related to the Condominium, the information you provide in any other case to Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C. will not be used for marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting purposes. TRANSFER AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA. Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C. will treat all personal information of which it is aware in a confidential manner. In its case, Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C. may disclose personal information to data processors with whom it maintains a legal and/or contractual relationship for the provision of services related to the purpose of Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C., so that it is materially and/or legally able to fulfill its purpose or provide the corresponding services according to the type of relationship that links it with the respective data subjects. The hotel and/or residential assets, as well as the golf course located within the Condominium, are managed by RLH Properties, S.A.B. de C.V., Mandarina Actividades, S. de R.L. C.V., Majahua Resorts, S. de R.L. de C.V., and/or Canalán Resorts, S. de R.L. de C.V., although these hotel and/or residential assets may be operated by third parties under their own hospitality brands (collectively, the "Operators"). As part of the necessary interaction of Condominio Maestro La Mandarina, A.C. with such entities, it is possible that your personal information may need to be shared with these Operators, in the proper interest of the purpose and/or the relationship that in its case links you with them, in which case we understand that you explicitly consent to such transfer.
